Recipes Soto Ayam Lamongan (Lamongan Chicken Soup)

Material / seasoning:

ingredients:
1 head (900 grams) chicken, cut in 4 parts

1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
oil for frying

Subtle Seasonings:
10 grains of red onion
6 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger
4 cm turmeric, burned
4 items pecans, toasted

Supplementary Material:
50 grams glass noodles, brewed, drained
2 stalks celery, roughly chopped
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
3 eggs boiled
2 tablespoons fried shallots
100 grams of bean sprouts
100 grams of cabbage, finely sliced

Sambal Ingredients:
12 pieces of red chili
4 pieces of red chili
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to make:
1. Boil water and chicken to boiling.
2. Heat the oil. Saute the spices, lemon grass, and lime leaves until fragrant. Pour into the chicken stew.
3. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until done. Lift and remove the chicken.
4. Fry chicken in oil that has been heated over medium heat until browned. Shredded-shredded.
5. Sambal: boiled cayenne pepper, red pepper, and garlic until tender. Lift. Add the salt. Puree.
6. Serve sauce with shredded chicken, complementary, and sambal.
